MMMMMmmmm Turkey

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!

Happy Thanksgiving Ya'll!!!! Well I must admit this was a different Thanksgiving. The only ones that were here were mom, dad, Mark and my Uncle Jason. Matthew was in Newfoundland working and my aunt and two cousins were in Newfoundland visiting her parents. So it was quiet. Mom likes to go to The Famers Market every year around this time and pick out pumpkins and such to put on their front step.

We then went home right away and cooked our supper. See when you are from the country this is how us rednecks cook our turkeys we deep fry them. Yeah it kinda sounds wierd but let me tell you its the best way to eat a turkey! I must admit it is very hickish since its freezing outside now and you literally have to have rubber boots, flashlight and a coat to check on your turkey, but can I just say that it is WAY worth it!!!

Mom and I were the cooks and I am sooo tired but it was worth it. I have so much to be thankful for! A great family, health and even annoying brothers who I miss greatly!
